ystrdy i think my dessert section was slow again lo...i was trying all my best to help my section... lucky sunita cooperate wit me...lol....another 1of them like dun fucking bother abt her tarts loh.. but lucky we made it before desserts order starts...summore got some VIP from ireland come to eat..lolx...im so fuckin stressed out tht time...Please no more desserts again....its been 4th week in dessert section...lucky nx week...Mains section...=) its tough as well...but i prefer that...hate pastry....Thank god nx week change section..

We had peking duck at uncle billy last night after work...i went with my collegues...will,serena ,howard & lilyn..but lilyn left home early cuz her mum ring up & *%$#$% haha...so she gotta go...but the food wasn't that good i would prefer "The Hawker Stall" restaurant at NB for dinner...the food there are reli reli good man...=) Last nite we also ate Salt & pepper pork big intestine, garlic chilli beef with yau char kway,Port wine Quail, Yee mee with duck, Hong Kong Style spicy La La...to be honest all of them was not very satisfying...except for the peking duck "skin", even the peking duck pancakes are bad...only taste like flour loh...and my fav S&P pork big intestine bormally is nice after deep fried...but theirs is not very nice..so i dun reli like anything from las nite...but we gotta finish all of them lerr...so damn full las nite...

I heard from my cousin today...she & her best fren CJ r not frenzz anymore..im so shock...as they were frenzz for so long...although im not close to CJ but i knw she is a cool fren....but i never ever tot dat she would leave her frenz bcuz of a purple haired guy!!im not to say im not happy she is 2gether with him again but wad she did really hurt my cousin alot...i think i under estimated her...she doesn't need to choose between fren & BF...its so unnecessary!! We always wanted ur hapiness but we din expect u to leave us!!will u be happy without ur frenzz??

This morning i wake up then go to work place again the 1st thing...go there Vacuum carpet =.='' cuz las nite too late din vacuum & dats my job so go do it this mornin...after dat i ate wanton noodle & went of to school..whole day practical....12.30-9pm lolx...

i finished assignments until 2.30am last night..lol...just had 5 hours sleep...so tired....got restaurant class at 9am this morning.. im still in desserts section summer pudding again...cuz my pudding last week was a disaster...!! But i get improved now...=) thx to chef smith...he do guide us on the right path...although he is quite strict...but i know he will help us to improve...he will compliment on good dishes as well...but he will also critic rubbish dishes...lol...pretty strict huh... but it is wad it is...i will improve better i know....gotta work tonight again...i haven't had any proper meal today...lol...no breakfast , junk food lunch...dinner at 10pm...swt =.=''

Haven't finish assignments for tmrw....Hate It!!!

This morning left home at 10.30am....eat cup noodle at work place as breakfast lo...after that start work at 11am....until 1.40pm....eating lunch for 5 MINS...lol...cuz gotta rush for class at 2pm....so rushed to college and while waiting for lecturer continue my take away lunch...finished before lecturer came...hehe....=p....class until 4pm...1 hour break...start 2nd class at 5pm...until 9.20pm...we finished late today....=(....after class i checked my phone...8 Miss call from william.... lol...he ask me wanna eat KFC or not wo...lolx...=.='' swt...of cuz i want lerr....im so hungry afta class wei...so i went to work place after class...eat KFC....cannot play left 4 dead d...cuz late jor...hmm..nvm le...can play tmrw...or on saturday & sunday...hehe....by the way the stupid KFC got problem...i got stomach ache now after eating it....lol...william also get stomach ache...aikz...KFC not dat good lerr....now i gotta continuewith menu planning assignment dat is due tmrw...lol...still got some dishes to add in the assignment...aikz...gotta do now lol....!!!

another tired day for me...have college from 10-12 int the mornin. after that i went lunch with veronica & Sunita for Lunch at my work place (MR.HO Chinese Restaurant) my friends like the food there so we go there every tuesday lerr...and then went home for a bit to chill...continue bulk cookery class at 3-6pm... guess wad?? start work at 6 as well....rush!!!.... today is not dat busy...so lucky....or else i m dead.....after work as usual we eat dinner together lo...after that...the most interesting part..."Left 4 Dead"...haha....me,william,queenie & Lilyn...haha...is just a half an hour game...but still i like the game...=)....dats all 4 today...tata!!

omg...my collegues are playing left 4 dead later...feel wanna join them...but got class later 3-6...=( and then working 6-9...lolx.... can't play today....i can't believe im so addicted to it ... cuz i seldom addicted to PC games...but this game is AWESOME!!

Tired Life..

Its really been busy for the past few weeks...i've been busy on college, work, & ASSIGNMENTS!!!....i have 2 due next week...i haven't complete anything... damn it... i even dun have the time to talk to him...we seldom spoke this 2 weeks...he has his own problems and so do i... so we don't really have the time for each other...but i still miss him so much...everyday... I can't wait till july...i really wanted to go back to malaysia again...still miss life there with all my frenzz..Few more months to go...
